
Cutting the point welding is not so easy as it look at first glance. The points don’t show where they are. The sheet steel is 1 mm thick and the grinder can’t go everywhere. Dremel helps a lot in this situation.
There is a specisl tool for this.



Point by point the door panel goes out too.

The roof lane is rusty too. The only thing that comes to my mind is very good rust treatment, zinc or epoxy primer, painting and a lot of polyurethane at the end.


A new set of brake cylinders and braking pads are ordered. These will be cleaned, sealants replaced and greased with brake lube.
