The materials that i use:

Cleaner and Degreaser

  • PPG OMNI MX190 – Wax and Grease Remover –> image 1
  • PPG OMNI MS251 – clean the paint gun –> image 1
  • Acetone – clean and degrease –> image 1, image 2
  • Varsol Paint Thinner – clean paint, hands and other –> image 1, image 2
  • Gas – clean the surface before de-greaseing with PPG OMNI MX190
  • Eastwood Pre Painting Prep –> image1, image 2
  • Enviro-Grit Abrasives (crushed glass sandblasting media) –> image 1

Paint Stripper

  • Dominion Sure Seal Automotive and Aircraft Paint Stripper –> image 1
  • Pro Form Aircraft Paint Stripper –> image 1

Rust Converter

Primer

  • Dominion Sure Seal Super Acid Etch Primer (Code 24010, Stock SEPA) –> image 1, image 2 – (i used this for the under-body, but then i removed it)
  • Red Oxyde Primer –> image 1
  • CarWorx – Zinc Spray (Art. No. 126.030) –> image 1
  • PPG: Commercial Performance Coatings (Mix 4:2:1)
    • CRE-121 – Epoxy Primer –> image 1
    • CRE-211H – Primer Catalyst –> image 1
    • Q60 – Methyl Ethyl Ketone Solvent –> image 1
  • Pro Form (Mix 1:1)
    • 2K Epoxy Primer (PF 664C) –> image 1 (i used this for the under-body, but then i removed it)
    • Epoxy Primer Sealer Activator –> image 1, image 2 (i used this for the under-body, but then i removed it)
  • Tremclad Primer –> image 1

Seam Sealer

  • Dominion Sure Seal Brush On Seam Sealer (Code 500001, Stock PBGQ) –> image 1, image 2

Paint

Bondo

Sealant

  • Sikaflex-221 — > image 1
  • Dominion Sure Seal Adhesive Sealant (Code 9003, Stock CSB) –> image 1, image 2 – (i used this for the under-body sealing between the primer and the paint, but then i removed it)
